Sat-nav postcode: TQ6 9DS

From the A38 'Devon Expressway', exit at Totnes and drive through Dartington and then take signs for Dartmouth. Follow the A381 through Harbertonford and Halwell, then the A3122 signposted to Dartmouth. Arriving in Dartmouth, go straight ahead at three roundabouts then, as you begin your decent down hill, take the third right opposite the Naval College's blue gates. Townstal Road leads to Victoria Road. Wind down to where the road flattens out and you will find an entrance to Lake Street on the right just before Lloyd Phamacy. Pull in here an then take the left at the junction to Lake Street. The house is approximatley 50 meters down this road.

Be wary of your Sat Nav as it may send you down some very 'Devonshire' single track roads or via the Kingswear Ferries.
