To make a booking please email us with the dates you are interested in and, if they are still free, we will provisionally hold the dates for 3 days. Please return the booking form we send you and return to us with your deposit (25% of total rental fee). Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by cheque.
Once your deposit has been received, a confirmation letter will be sent out via email along with directions to Ten Lake Street.

During Peak Season weeks - 7 day bookings only. Off season shorter breaks are available. Please use the booking enquiry form for a quote. Prices below do not include the one-off cleaning fee of £150.
